Responsabilities:

-Define strategy to comply with customer requirements and scorecards-Participate and lead structure team problem solving

and apply statistical and other tools

-Assist with the implementation of quality systems

-Develop process control plans and review data collections methods for Nemak MEX

-Interact and assist with quality related issues; conduct customer visits if needed

-Lead the development and presentation of COPQ metric

-Assist in identifying quality related training programs

-Deliver systemic analysis to determine quality vital projects

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering.

· Strong knowledge in QMS Knowledge, Core Tools, Quality 4.0. Problem Solving.

· Technical Competences: Internal Auditor

· Soft Competences: Conflict Management Communication, Negotiation, Decision making, Strategic Agility

· Language: English (full bilingual proficiency)
