We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant, highly organized, detail oriented, and with perfect command of the English language, to support the daily operations of the purchasing department. This person will work closely with the purchasing team, local and international suppliers, ensuring an efficient flow in procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, or related administrative roles.
Attention to detail and compliance understanding.
Knowledge of procurement tools (SAP, Excel).
Advanced English (Required)
Responsibilities:
Assist to purchase specialist to order invoice submission and payment process
Approval supplier list update
Monitor deliveries, delays, returns, and claims.
