WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Sales Advocate, you will support our sales team in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and helping clients experience the benefits of our hydration therapies and shipped to you products. You will also do new outreach to potential clients, follow up with existing clients, and help maintain our databases.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Assist clients in understanding and choosing from our range of hydration and wellness services.
- Provide detailed information about service offerings, including benefits and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to outreach initiatives.
- Perform outreach to potential new clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Follow up with current and past clients to get them to buy again.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.
- Participate in community events and outreach to promote Drip Hydration services.

YOU HAVE…
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Proficiency in learning and confidently sharing knowledge about diverse products.
- Exemplary customer service skills: Engaging with customers and potential clients in a friendly and empathetic manner, adept at understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Genuine customer empathy, demonstrating high integrity and honesty.
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal finesse, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong written communication, interpersonal skills, phone etiquette with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proven track record of outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in scheduling and CRM software..
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
