Objective:

Lead a team for designing, maintain and improve all manufacturing processes at Genie's Paint shop. In this role you will lead all topics related to manufacturing paint process and NPI.

Activities:

• Research and analyze the correct method of operation in terms of temperature, thickness, voltage, and amperage of the ECOAT painting process.
• Research and find the correct parameters for shot blasting, anchoring, and speed in the painting process.
• Analyze the correct parameter according to product specifications, for the oven in the painting process.
• Build and manage a team working on paint automation technologies needed for launching & producing multiple components
• Define and execute strategic milestones for implementing and scaling paint process
• Execute product and process validation path to achieve GES
• Work with design teams across multiple disciplines to influence product design with an eye towards advanced manufacturing
• Work with external and internal equipment suppliers to deliver paint components

Requirements:
