Lead a team for designing, maintain and improve all manufacturing processes at Genie's Paint shop. In this role you will lead all topics related to manufacturing paint process and NPI.
Activities:
Research and analyze the correct method of operation in terms of temperature, thickness, voltage, and amperage of the ECOAT painting process.
Research and find the correct parameters for shot blasting, anchoring, and speed in the painting process.
Analyze the correct parameter according to product specifications, for the oven in the painting process.
Build and manage a team working on paint automation technologies needed for launching & producing multiple components
Define and execute strategic milestones for implementing and scaling paint process
Execute product and process validation path to achieve GES
Work with design teams across multiple disciplines to influence product design with an eye towards advanced manufacturing
Work with external and internal equipment suppliers to deliver paint components
Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree
Advanced English skills
Strong leadership experience
Strong experience in Paint Process (Powder)
Ecoat system experience
Lean Manufacturing
Problem solving tools
