We are a Korean-Mexican automotive company committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Our plant is located in Parque Industrial Nexxus, Ciénega de Flores, and we are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and oversee our logistics and production planning operations.

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow throughout the supply chain, from suppliers to production and final delivery. You will lead the logistics team, manage strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics operations and production planning.
• Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and transportation.
• Monitor logistics performance and develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate logistics risks and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies.
• Implement and improve logistics technologies and systems.
• Manage and coach logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Languages: English – Advanced (reading, speaking, writing).
