Are you a proven leader with a passion for driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering impactful results?
AMBE Engineering, a global consulting firm in the automotive sector, is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to spearhead revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across our suite of consulting and staffing services.
What You'll Do:
- Generate $3M+ in net revenue in your first year and $5M+ in subsequent years.
- Lead high-impact consulting and staffing projects from origination to client delivery.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.
- Identify new business lines, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of AMBE leaders.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in management consulting and/or operational leadership in manufacturing.
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong project management and executive leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial vision.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
