Business Development Officer LATAM
Industry: Compliance & Licensing Solutions
Location: Remote (LATAM-focused, preferably Peru)
Reporting to: CEO (based in Europe)
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Officer to join a European company expanding its presence in Latin America. This is a remote and commission-based role focused on growing our client base in Peru and across the LATAM region.
You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, selling licensing and compliance solutions, and building long-term commercial relationships. If you are a “hunter” with B2B sales experience and want the flexibility to build and grow your own portfolio—this opportunity is for you.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record selling to financial or legal sector clients
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Self-starter with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Previous experience in SaaS, software licensing or regulatory services is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM market
- Sell high-value licensing and compliance solutions to financial and corporate clients
- Conduct remote prospecting, client calls, presentations and contract negotiation
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to report pipeline and progress
- Stay up to date with industry trends and client needs in the regulatory space
Compensation & Conditions
- 15% sales commission per closed deal
- Average ticket: $15,000 USD for licensing-only deals
- Range: $1,000–$5,000 USD for other services
- Indefinite contract after probation period
- 100% remote work
