The company's total investment is 300 million yuan, and the new factory covers a total area of 45 acres. It currently has approximately 900 employees and more than 250 technicians. Main objective
Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's declared processes to ensure production quality, efficiency, and productivity. This ensures that quality and safety standards and the requirements established with the company and the client (GM) are met.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: University Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supervising personnel in production environments, preferably in plastic injection molding and painting.
Knowledge:
Advanced English
Core tools
Troubleshooting tools
Continuous improvement tools (DMAIC)
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
AutoCAD or similar
40-hour schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
