Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our logistics operations team. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with carriers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, a good communicator, and eager to grow in the logistics and transportation industry.
Working hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 2:30 PM a 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and update internal systems accordingly.
-Communicate regularly with carriers and customers to provide real-time shipment updates.
-Update our Software Program - MasterMind
-Update clients portals
-Support issue resolution for delays, route changes, or incidents affecting shipments.
-Ensure accuracy and clarity in the information shared with internal departments and clients.
-Follow company policies and procedures related to logistics operations and customer service.
Requirements:
-Recently graduated in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Intermediate-Advanced English (able to communicate via email and phone with international carriers).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
-Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
-Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
