Overview:
Provides support to account management as it regards to key customer in Mexico and Latam North. The incumbent builds relationships with assigned key account to position our company as a preferred and trusted business partner and pro-actively participates in and contributes to the future growth and development of this account.
Scope
Communication with the customer, understand and manage account financials (forecast, profitability, budget etc), lead key customer and internal projects, support in pricing and contract renewal/design solutions and review processes to guarantee alignment to evolving customer needs.
Responsabilities
· Design solutions and review processes to guarantee alignment to evolving customer needs.
· Regularly visit the customer.
· Perform profitability analysis of the account and report improvement recommendations.
· Gather and consolidate market intelligence information (competitor landscape).
· Attend relationship management meetings with the customer (monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc.).
· Cascade actions to multiple teams and follow up to guarantee execution according to customer requirements.
· Identify, engage with the customer and manage new volume opportunities.
· Support budgeting activities.
Education: Engineering, administration and / or related careers.
Formation: 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience: In the management of key accounts.
Habilities: Managing the account through standard practices.
