Descripción
Benteng Science and Technology is a private manufacturing company located at 57 Jinshang Road, Suzhou Industrial Park. The company's total investment is 300 million yuan, and the new factory covers a total area of 45 acres. It currently has approximately 900 employees and more than 250 technicians. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a Level A workplace safety trustworthy enterprise.
Main objective
Be responsible for product engineering design review, establish BOM, flow chart, and FMEA. Participating in defining raw material types, assembly methods, process flow, and preparing ADV Plan:.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- According to the project requirements, prepare technical requirements for outsourced and purchased parts and submit them to the procurement inquiry.
- The KPC and PQC of parts are defined.
- Prepare the measurement plan of the parts and components;
- Participate in the review of the manufacturing scheme of molds, gauges and fixtures;

- According to project requirements, prepare relevant technical documents for products, submit them for approval and issue them in a timely manner;
- Complete the manufacturing, evaluation and confirmation of samples, and be responsible for subsequent engineering changes of products;
- Responsible for the submission of samples at each stage, cooperate with customers to complete OTS matching and FE verification, as well as loading and trial production at each stage.
- As a member of the project horizontal coordination team, responsible for all other issues related to product development;
- Responsible for following up on product quality issues after three months of heavy delivery;
- Support the mass production of products, and be responsible for solving product problems and defects related to design and production
Requirements:
Education background
College degree or above, mechanical or polymer major background,
Training and qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in project development in the automotive parts industry.
Qualifications of employment.
Basic skills and literacy
Familiar with the development process of automotive parts, familiar with the technical requirements and standards for products during the development process, and understand the manufacturing and processing processes of molds, gauges, spray residues, injection molding, etc.;
40-hour schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
