We are an international company in the Textile manufacturing sector, currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Customs Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing global operation and contribute significantly to our international trade efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct in-depth market analysis related to international trade.
Develop and present proposals for trade and customs strategies.
Ensure compliance with DUA (Unique Administrative Document) regulations.
Manage and process Certificates of Origin.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize trade flows.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's) in International Trade & Business, International Relations, Economics, Law, Customs or similar.
Proven expertise as a Trade Customs Specialist with strong knowledge of international trade regulations.
Demonstrated ability in market analysis and proposal development.
Familiarity with DUA and Certificates of Origin is essential.
Advanced knowledge of ERP's
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
We do want to emphasis expertise in US trade regulations, harmonized tariff codes, and product classifications, as well as duty/ tariff recovery experience such as drawbacks, temporary import bonds, and other.
