About the Role Become a crucial part of DoorDash's Marketplace Live Operations team handling key needs for merchants, customers, and dashers globally.

Around 5 weeks of training is onsite at Mitikah Tower (Alcaldia Benito Juarez) before transitioning to a 3 office day, 2 remote day hybrid model. Our operation runs 24/7, so expect schedules that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays with bi-annual schedule adjustments.

Job Highlights:

• Full-time, direct contract
• Hybrid schedule (3 office days, 2 remote days)
• Weekly pay, every Friday

Compensation and Bonuses:

• Base Salary: $15,000 MXN/month
• Vouchers: Wellness of $1,000 MXN/month, grocery of $1,000 MXN/month,
• Performance bonus up to $3,750 MXN
