Position requirements:
· Advanced English required: verbal and written.
· Minimum education: University with a Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade or other related fields.
· Minimum experience: 3 years as Customer Service Representative or similar positions.
· Preferred previous experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job responsibilities:
· This position requires interaction with US sales engineers and customers.
· Receive, process, and follow up on customer requirements.
· Review and validate shipment documents and deliver it to the proper departments.
· Support clients effectively and professionally.
· Coordinate shipments and transit of materials until their arrival with the client.
· Manage and update internal database according to the internal ERP system.
· Collaborate in sales logistics and product distribution.
· Contribute to other tasks specific to the area, within the framework of their responsibilities and abilities.
