Descripción
As a Technical Writer at Bizee you will play a key role in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our software products, APIs, and business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and a passion for producing high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation Development: Write and update technical guides, API documentation, and support materials in a clear and structured manner.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather accurate and technical information.
- Content Planning: Define the scope and objectives of each documentation project.
- User Advocacy: Ensure that documentation is clear, useful, and user-focused.
- Quality Control: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Update documentation based on product changes and suggest enhancements.
- Training and Support: Train team members on best practices in documentation aligned with company strategy.
