Business Intelligence Analyst II

?Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in SQL Server and Power BI, able to design, implement, and optimize Business Intelligence solutions. This role focuses on solving complex problems, proposing strategic improvements, and delivering impactful visualizations and reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate solutions using Microsoft SQL and Power BI.
• Design and maintain data models and interactive dashboards.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and SOPs.
• Coordinate tasks and provide technical mentorship to junior staff.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Mastery of DAX, Power BI administration, and Data Engineering with Power BI.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server (tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions, optimized queries).
• Experience with SSIS, C#, and ETL processes.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years in Business Intelligence roles.
• Preferably with experience coordinating or leading teams.
