We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to lead our Mexico operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving rapid growth in headcount, managing full P&L ownership, and delivering strong revenue and profitability results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to scale our Mexico presence as a high-performing delivery hub for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Talent Development
Develop and execute a plan to increase headcount in Mexico, with clear quarterly milestones.
Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top consulting talent across technology, data, and domain specializations.
Implement training, mentoring, and career development programs to enhance team capabilities and engagement.
P&L & Revenue Management
Own P&L responsibility for the Mexico operations, including revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.
Build and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
Drive operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
Client & Market Growth
Expand Mexico-based delivery for existing global clients and support new business opportunities.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify market trends and opportunities to position Mexico as a strategic delivery hub.
Operational Excellence
Establish scalable processes, metrics, and governance to support sustainable growth.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Collaborate with global operations, HR, and finance teams to align on best practices and company objectives.
Key Metrics for Success
Quarterly and annual growth in consultants.
Revenue growth from Mexico operations.
Gross margin and EBITDA targets achieved.
Client satisfaction and delivery excellence scores.
Consultant retention rates.
Qualifications
10+ years in leadership roles within IT services, consulting, or professional services, with at least 5 years in a country or regional management position.
Proven track record of scaling delivery operations and managing P&L.
Strong understanding of recruiting, staffing models, and delivery excellence in consulting.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
