NetSuite Management:

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and customization of the system.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Providing support to system users, especially the accounting team.
• Analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements or automations within NetSuite.
• Designing and developing workflows, scripts, and custom reports.
• Overseeing system updates and ensuring successful implementation.
• Training end-users on system functionalities.
• Creating company-specific manuals and user guides.
• Administration and support of the NetSuite platform.
• Designing and implementing improvements and adjustments in NetSuite modules.
• Reconfigurations and adjustments based on business needs.
• Support, development, and administration of the Oracle NetSuite platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• C1 level English proficiency (Mandatory) - both Written and Spoken
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite, including configurations, customizations, and support (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Knowledge in configuring ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with other applications using APIs.
• Proficiency in generating advanced reports.
• Desirable:
• NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant)
• Previous experience working with accounting or financial teams
