Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join our team as KYC Analyst (temporary position).

Essencial Job Requirements

• 4 year bachelor's degree (desired knowledge in Law)
• Excel level advanced
• English advanced (listening, writing and speaking)
• Strong ability to adhere strictly to procedures
• Proven ability to evaluate information, propose solutions, and address problems effectively

Job Purpose

Regularize the KYC records of legacy customers and suppliers through the collection, review, and analysis of corporate and tax documentation, the execution of screening and due diligence processes, and the efficient management of records, with the purpose of ensuring adherence to internal policies, local and international regulations, and best practices regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), and Know Your Customer (KYC)

Key Responsibilities

• Regularize KYC records of legacy customers and suppliers who have operated prior to the formal implementation of the procedure.
• Contact third parties (customers and suppliers) to request, receive, and follow up on the documentation required for KYC processes.
• Review, validate, and analyze corporate and tax documentation, ensuring its validity, completeness, and consistency with internal Compliance standards.
• Carry out screening and due diligence processes using internal and external tools to identify reputational, financial, regulatory, or sanctions-related risks.
• Efficiently manage and organize KYC files and records, ensuring that information is backed up, up to date, and properly stored in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and follow up on missing or incorrect documentation, providing clear and timely feedback to third parties for regularization.
• Focus work on achieving regularization goals and deadlines within established timeframes.
• Other Compliance-related activities.

Location and Work Modality:

Fully on-site from our office in Zapopan Jalisco (Andares). Please remember this is a temporary position.
