Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in collections or related field
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
Overall Responsibility
As an Early Stage Supervisor, you will maintain acceptable standards set by the department and provide
an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment. Apply the necessary knowledge
that the job demands to resolve any or all issues related to your daily assignments.
Responsibility
• Supports the team manager and performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of
the office.
• Coach and lead the team to deliver outstanding client service and exceed targeted goals
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member
work for quality and guideline compliance.
• Assist in the development and execution of office-level growth plans
• Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
• Receiving inbound calls
• Making suitable arrangements with customers who are currently past due
• Identifying accounts that require management review
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Identifying customers that require field visits and forwarding those to the appropriate personnel for
review or action
• Maintaining the required standards set by the department
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures
