What's your mission?
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level support, analyzing and resolving incidents, maintaining applications in production, and escalating issues when needed — all to ensure timely and effective user support.
?? Key Responsibilities
· Provide Level 1 technical support for IT services and applications.
· Manage and follow up on incident and service request tickets.
· Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and computing devices.
· Support the commercial team in the use of mobile devices.
· Effectively escalate incidents to Level 2/3 support or external providers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
? Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, IT, or related fields.
· Experience with Operating Systems, Networks, and Applications.
· Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development.
· 2+ years of experience in IT Support roles.
