An immigration law firm is seeking a bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish-English) to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is essential for providing a warm, clear, and professional first impression, building trust, and ensuring a smooth transition into the legal consultation process.
Mandatory Requirements:
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly performance targets.
Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
High school diploma (required).
Preferred:
Experience in law firms or professional service environments. (preferred but not required)
