Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR leadership roles, with proven experience in organizations with 2,000+ employees.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Knowledge:
- Mexican labor law and global best practices.
- Full-scope HR management.
- Plant start-up or large-scale project experience.
- HRIS proficiency.
Key Responsabilities:
- HR Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Labor Relations: Manage relationships with unions, committees, and labor authorities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement competitive policies to attract and retain top talent.
- Organizational Development: Implement leadership, training, engagement, and organizational climate programs.
- Health & Safety: Partner with EHS to promote safe and healthy working environments.
- Plant Start-up: Plan, execute, and lead all HR processes in greenfield projects or major expansions.
- Metrics & KPIs: Track, analyze, and report key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, engagement).
- Talent Management: Lead attraction, development, retention, and succession planning across all levels of the organization.
