We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our team supporting U.S.-based operations. This role combines vendor payment processing with payroll management, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in both areas and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals.
Prepare and execute payment runs in compliance with company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Process payroll for U.S.-based employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. labor and tax regulations.
Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records.
Handle deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
Provide AP and payroll reports as requested by management.
Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll.
Requirements
2+ years of combined experience in accounts payable and payroll processing, preferably for U.S.-based companies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for AP and U.S. payroll regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/payroll systems.
Nice to Have
Experience with Stampli (AP automation) and/or Paylocity (payroll software).
