?? Job Description: Onsite IT Support – San Juan del Río, Querétaro
Location: San Juan del Río, Querétaro
Work Mode: Onsite

Role Summary:
This position is part of the Site IT Support team within the IT function. It provides infrastructure support to end-users at PPG facilities, working closely with centralized IT teams to implement new solutions and maintain existing standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-person technical assistance to employees.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and technical support requests.
Identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware/software, LAN, and voice network.
Diagnose problems through user interaction and coordinate with internal IT teams or vendors.
Install, upgrade, and maintain PC components and software.
Plan for and respond to service outages and other technical issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support.
Fluent English (required).
