Role Summary:

This position is part of the Site IT Support team within the IT function. It provides infrastructure support to end-users at PPG facilities, working closely with centralized IT teams to implement new solutions and maintain existing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person technical assistance to employees.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and technical support requests.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware/software, LAN, and voice network.
• Diagnose problems through user interaction and coordinate with internal IT teams or vendors.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain PC components and software.
• Plan for and respond to service outages and other technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Fluent English (required).
