OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO / POSITION PURPOSE:
'- Preparation and Monitoring of SEMS Projects.
- Execution of SDS & SEMS Projects.
- Monitoring project compliance
RESPONSABILIDADES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
'- Development of Improvement Projects for WH & LD.
-Prepare monthly reports on project progress for the logistics department.
- Prepare project results for presentation to SEMS and LAO
- Weekly meetings with Korea and Brasil team for result's presentation.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES / MAIN ACTIVITIES:
'- Monitoring and fulfillment of project tasks
-Accurate evidence review and billing guide
-Regular meeting of the customer and LSPs and Check improvement points
-Introduce process, guide Improved process until settled(Plan-Do-See based)
-Reporting innovation process to HQ, RHQ, and the Customer(Samsung electronics Mexico)
Bachelors Degree: Project Manager, Busines Administration, Accounting, Maths, Projects in Logistics Operations (Distribution & Warehousing).
AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA / EXPERIENCE: More than three years
IDIOMAS / LANGUAGES: ICONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS/ TECHNICAL SKILLS
Administration knowledge, MS Office: excel, word, power point, Power BI
Audit knowledge
Knowledge in project development.
Project management methodologies
Finance and accouting knowledge
Logistics Operations. (Distribution & Warehousing Operations)
Ofrecemos:
Contrato directo con la empresa
Prestaciones de ley (cotizas al 100%)
Salario mensual, el pago se realiza a la semana todos los días viernes.
