HR Business Partner – Recruitment, Training & Development

Location: San José Iturbide

Role Objective:

Lead and oversee key Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Onboarding, and Organizational Development processes, ensuring KPI achievement, auditable evidence, and alignment with company culture and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent/Advanced English is a must.
• Leadership experience with at least 1 direct report.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and talent management platforms.
• Skilled in KPIs, executive reporting, and Office 365 (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Copilot, and To Do Task.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection – Lead end-to-end hiring for hourly and salaried roles, manage headhunters, job postings, candidate reports, offer letters, and recruitment process updates.
• Training & Development – Design and oversee the annual training plan, ensure audit compliance, coordinate KPI reviews, manage IDPs, and present quarterly results.
• Onboarding & Induction – Refresh onboarding materials, ensure program effectiveness, and track progress with action plans.
• Organizational Development – Drive internal promotion plans, lead culture and values initiatives, and organize corporate events and CSR programs.
• Additional Support – Manage transportation logistics, HR vendors, internship programs, plant-level KPIs, HR budget, and HR platform administration.
