Position Objective:

Lead and coordinate projects aimed at identifying specific operational activities in U.S. plants that can be effectively transferred to Mexico. The goal is to optimize time, costs, and resources in the production of plastic components for the automotive industry while maintaining KASAI's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit U.S.-based manufacturing plants to evaluate processes and determine which activities can be more efficiently handled in Mexico.
• Analyze current production flows, resource usage, and associated costs to assess feasibility of process transfers.
• Develop and present clear, well-structured proposals to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines (due dates) are met with consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S. to implement process transitions.
• Apply logical and data-driven reasoning to justify process changes and optimizations.
• Standardize documentation and facilitate clear technical communication across regions.
• Prepare executive reports and track project performance through defined KPIs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or related field).
• Language: Advanced English (required) — must be able to lead meetings and deliver technical presentations in English.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial project management, process optimization, or inter-plant process transfer.
