As a member of the North American IT Infrastructure Department, your main goals are to implement and ensure the technical infrastructure of the information systems while complying with the constraints, needs, and IT policies of the organization. This includes everything from physical/virtual servers, networks, and data centers to cloud services and security measures, while ensuring that the systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. You will also take part in the evolution of the information system and the management of IT projects.
Requirements:
At least 3–5 years of experience in the same or a similar role.
Availability to travel, valid visa and passport.
Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge:
Network administration: LAN, WAN, VLANs, Active Directory, Domains.
Cybersecurity and firewalls: Meraki, Fortinet.
Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V.
Automation, RMM tools, scripting.
Phone systems: Mitel; video conferencing: Logitech Rally.
Industry-specific tools: Calibration, Metcal, SureCal, CalExec, NI Drivers.
Systems:
OS: Windows Server, Windows 8/10/11.
Databases: SQL Server.
Backup: Druva, Veeam.
Cloud/Admin: Azure, GPOs, FSRM, Xen-server.
Experience:
Vendor management.
Implementation and maintenance of calibration systems.
IT infrastructure support and optimization.
Technology project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor North American infrastructure and its security.
Document, report, and ensure governance of systems architecture.
Define infrastructure policies with the Infrastructure Manager.
Support integration of newly acquired entities.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and implement systems/network/security solutions.
Identify and resolve level 2/3 infrastructure issues.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and activity reports.
