To supervise the daily operation of stamping lines focused on manufacturing large and thick metal components for mobile equipment, under direct supervision. Coordinate the operational team, support quality assurance and production plan compliance, and ensure adherence to industrial safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
4 to 6 years of experience as a production leader in cold or hot steel stamping processes, working with steel presses over 1000 tons.
Mandatory experience in the automotive industry or mobile equipment (Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, Tuggers).
Experience in supervising and managing unionized personnel.
Knowledge of stamping processes, use of measuring tools, and basic quality control.
Basic proficiency in ERP PLEX or similar systems for production tracking.
Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Assist in assigning tasks to operational staff in the stamping area.
Monitor basic production parameters: OEE, scrap, cycle time.
Validate die installation and adjustment under supervision.
Support ensuring products meet technical specifications.
Promote safety culture, orderliness, and cleanliness under 5S standards.
Prepare production progress and quality reports.
Participate in internal and external audits with support.
Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities.
Train team members in good operational practices with assistance.
