A leading multinational is seeking an experienced Senior Controller for a short-term engagement at its manufacturing facility in Toluca. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for professionals currently available for immediate placement.

The position focuses on financial planning and analysis, inventory control, and team management, requiring a strong mix of audit background and operational finance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations including accounting, reporting, and internal controls
• Oversee FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage inventory valuation and control across the plant
• Support SAP implementation or CPA-related training initiatives
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Mexican GAAP
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Supervise and mentor the local finance team
• Act as a strategic partner to site leadership and corporate finance

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred
• 4–5 years of experience in Big Four audit firms
• Background in manufacturing industries (packaging, consumer goods, automotive, industrial, etc.)
• Experience working in plant environments
• Familiarity with SAP implementation or CPA training programs
• Strong inventory management skills
• Proven leadership in managing finance teams
• Advanced English proficiency
