At TRANSSION Mexico, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Assistant with strong skills in videography, editing, and on-camera performance to support our short-form video production for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
If you are a tech-savvy storyteller who enjoys being in front of the camera, explaining product features in a fun and engaging way, and creating videos that capture trends, this is the role for you!
?? Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (mainly TikTok & Reels): filming, appearing on camera, and post-editing.
- Explain mobile phone/tech product features in an audience-friendly style.
- Stay up to date with TikTok & IG trends, memes, and visual styles.
- Manage the full content production cycle: scripting, shooting, lighting, audio, and editing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand.
- Maintain a publishing calendar and ensure content quality.
?? Requirements
- Strong interest or background in technology, gadgets, or gaming.
- Confident on-camera presence with a clear and energetic speaking style.
- Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Basic filming and lighting skills (using smartphones or DSLR/mirrorless).
- Experience creating TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented personality
