Summary
The Media Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all media and content-related platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with organizational objectives and communication strategies. This role includes managing key platforms such as SharePoint, Yammer, and email communication calendars, ensuring that content is consistent, engaging, and supports internal communication initiatives. This role also involves generating analytics reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and optimize content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Platform Management: Oversee the management of media platforms such as SharePoint, Yammer, and email communication calendars to ensure content delivery is aligned with communication strategies and organizational objectives.
· Content Quality & Consistency: Ensure that all content across media platforms is consistent, high-quality, and supports internal communication initiatives, contributing to a seamless flow of information within the organization.
· Collaboration with SharePoint and Media Coordinators: Coordinate with SharePoint and media coordinators to meet client expectations for platform development, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and align with both client and organizational goals.
· Analytics & Reporting: Generate analytics reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights that contribute to continuous improvement in media strategies and the optimization of content performance.
· Support for Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the manager on key communication initiatives, helping to drive media strategy and enhance internal messaging.
· Content Calendar Management: Create and manage the content calendar for communications, working closely with the Sharepoint coordinators to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications.
· Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and communication best practices, identifying new opportunities and recommending updates to enhance media strategy.
· Community Engagement: Manage and grow engagement across platforms, helping to build an active internal community through effective content and communication efforts.
Education and Specific Training:
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in similar roles
· Additional certifications in UX/UI, analytics, communications, or project management would be a plus.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple platforms and ensure the timely delivery of content.
· Experience in generating and analyzing performance reports to drive improvements in media strategies.
· Ability to stay current on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly to improve content delivery and engagement.
· Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

WAHA 8:00 am-5:00 pm Note: The role will be expected to work with an other times zone as standard but may be required to change time zones occasionally as projects dictate.
