To drive expansion, we are developing new businesses in the automotive sector and are looking for a strategic leader who will make an IMPACT ON SALES by growing the automotive accessories business in dealerships. Your experience should cover: consolidating the automotive accessories business, developing (national) suppliers of accessories, customs tracking in import logistics, monitoring purchase orders, merchandising, market analysis (how competitors and other dealerships move), design and implementation of marketing strategy, and inventory management. Prior experience in selling automotive accessories at a corporate level to OEMs and dealerships is important.
Key Responsibilities and experience:
Proven experience selling automotive accessories at a corporate level (OEMs and dealers).
Lead the strategy for expanding sales of automotive accessories in dealerships, aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
Manage, at the corporate level, the consolidation of the accessories business in dealers and the development of national suppliers.
Experience managing import logistics.
Analytical ability for market research and benchmarking against competitors and dealerships.
Ability to design and execute marketing and merchandising strategies. Develop and implement merchandising strategies and market analysis (competitors, positioning of other dealerships) to drive sales.
Inventory management, purchase orders, and coordination with suppliers and corporate clients. Process purchase orders and maintain inventory control to ensure availability and efficiency.
Coordinate the design of the commercial strategy, budget, performance indicators (KPIs), and sales tracking in the dealership channel.
