Summary

The IT eCommerce Senior Specialist is the technical expert for eBusiness responsible for the design implementation and support of SAP and EDI solutions This role ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture and supports operational excellence across global eBusiness applications and processes The specialist also serves as the key technical interface with external eBusiness vendors

?Key Responsibilities

• Act as IT expert for EDI and SAP Order Management solutions
• Provide Level 2 IT support for EDI related issues
• Design configure and test solutions across relevant SAP modules
• Analyze current business processes and recommend aligned solutions
• Translate local regional business requirements into scalable global IT solutions
• Drive and support complex assignments such as M and A integrations divestitures or SAP module deployments
• Ensure solution quality through robust integration testing positive negative regression
• Liaise with stakeholders to investigate analyze resolve and test issues
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards Safety Security PMO Culture
• Stay updated on industry best practices and apply them proactively

?Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field REQUIRED
• Advanced English is REQUIRED
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in similar IT roles
• Strong SAP configuration experience for
• Sales Orders ASN DELFOR DELJIT Invoicing
• Output and Partner Profile setup
• IDoc setup and management X12 chemXML
• Output condition records and webservice integration
• Proficient in IDoc monitoring and testing tools for example WE19 WE02
• Experience with portals such as Ariba and SupplyOn
• Skilled in mapping documentation and working with middleware teams for system connections
• Familiarity with VAN partners for example DXP Liaison Elemica TradingGrid
• Knowledge of order automation Otto RPA Bot and self service portals MyCE
• Understanding of SAP master data material customer CMIR
• Basic exposure to SAP SD functions MRP delivery billing pricing GTS
• Knowledge of VAN SAP integration points and commercial business processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective collaborator across infrastructure vendors ABAP teams and business users
• Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure
