What We Are Looking For?
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a profound passion for optimizing digital systems. You are defined by your proactive and decisive 'get-it-done' mindset, thriving on finding innovative solutions and ensuring efficient, high-quality outcomes:
- You bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience championing Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions, understanding their power in enhancing customer experiences
- Your technical acumen shines when navigating the intricacies of indirect eCommerce (eRetailers and Pure Players), product lifecycle management, and workflow optimization
- You're eager to learn more on platforms like Salsify and OpenText to leverage these tools to their fullest potential. Experience with ServiceNow (ticket management system) is a valuable plus!
- You're a master of Project Management, adept at orchestrating planning, budget, and quality to ensure flawless project deliverables. With a flexible and adaptive approach, you embrace Agile principles to drive efficiency and responsiveness in your projects
- Your exceptional communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical updates clearly, fostering transparency and alignment. You will become the pivotal link between our technical and business teams
- As a truly bilingual professional, you're fully proficient in English and Spanish (both oral and written), enabling seamless collaboration across our diverse Americas region. Portuguese proficiency is a fantastic bonus!
- While a background in Computer Science or related areas is a definite plus, we value your practical experience and problem-solving capabilities above all.
About the role
As an Opera PIM / DAM Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey in the Americas. You will be instrumental in ensuring our product information and digital assets are managed with precision, efficiency, and scalability, directly contributing to our e-commerce growth and brand success. Your impact will span:
- Spearhead the integration of new and iconic L'Oréal brands into our cutting-edge PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and effective digital presence
- Collaborate closely with our support partners to meticulously monitor incoming requests, guaranteeing timely resolution and adherence to pre-established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Act as a key liaison, gathering invaluable user requirements and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing our business processes and systems
- Deep dive into the challenges faced by our business partners, leveraging your understanding of our PIM / DAM landscape to architect and implement scalable, impactful solutions while elevating collective expertise
- Proactively communicate new PIM / DAM features and best practices to key users, fostering adoption and maximizing the utility of our platforms
- Cultivate strong relationships and inspire a spirit of collaboration across the entire Americas region, ensuring consistency and compliance with global L'Oréal standards
- Bring your innovative ideas to the table, demonstrating the ability to think creatively while maintaining a pragmatic approach to achieve tangible, impactful results across the vast and vibrant Americas region.
