What do you need for this challenge?
Technical:
• knowledge in Front End (Angular)
• knowledge Back End (Java, Python, Spring boot, MySQL, Postgres)
• knowledge in testing (JUnit, JMeter, selenium, automation, postman)
• knowledge in Continuous integration tools (Docker, k8s, Git, Bitbucket/GitHub)
• knowledge in AI (LLM, Rag, Langchain)
• knowledge in Defect tracking (Jira)
Non-Technical: • Good communication skills - English (spoken and written) • Communication (clear and structured) • Analytical thinking & problem-solving • Accountability and ownership • Skills Leadership or mentorship • Decision-making and adaptability • Cultural/team fit • Motivation and goals aligned with the role
