HR Manager – Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila


Join a global industrial leader as a Human Resources Manager, supporting both plant operations and commercial teams in our Ramos Arizpe facility. This is a key role with high visibility, reporting directly to the Regional HR Director


About the Role:

As HR Manager, you'll act as a strategic partner and employee champion. You'll lead core HR functions and support approximately 60 employees in both manufacturing and corporate areas. Your work will drive employee engagement, compliance, organizational development, and talent strategy.


Your Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for salaried and hourly employees

-Manage employee relations, coaching, and investigations.

-Lead compensation reviews, bonus planning, and benefits support

-Champion performance management, training, and succession planning

-Ensure HRIS accuracy (Tress / SF, etc.), metrics reporting, and compliance with legal standards

-Partner with leadership to support cultural initiatives and continuous improvement

-Maintain strong relationships with universities and external vendors

What We're Looking For:

-5–7 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

-Experience supporting both, plant operations and commercial teams.

-Solid knowledge of HR laws and best practices in Mexico

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

-Proficient in HR systems (Tress, SF) and MS Office

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM or similar certifications a plus

-Comfortable working independently, with occasional travel (10–15%)
