We are looking for:

Talent Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Build and optimize training systems based on company strategy and talent development needs. Formulate annual and quarterly training plans.
2. Design, implement and evaluate various training programs to ensure effective execution.
3. Assess employees' managerial and communication competencies, and propose tailored improvement solutions.
4. Capable of independently creating training programs, allocating tasks, and managing training projects efficiently.
5. Support training needs of different departments and offer professional consultation and assistance.
6. Drive the development and optimization of training-related procedures to enhance structure and practicality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Psychologist, Business management, etc.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant training experience, preferably in manufacturing or multinational companies.
3. Proficient in assessing employee capabilities with a structured approach and sound professional judgment.
4. Able to independently design training frameworks and plans with clear logic and high professionalism.
5. Quick thinking and strong comprehension, with excellent execution and drive.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of teamwork.
7. English Advanced.
