Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to forecast needs, align on hiring plans, and provide consultative support.
Drive employer branding initiatives by building relationships with universities, technical institutes, industry networks, and professional communities.
Ensure compliance with global and local labor regulations, internal controls, and ethical recruitment practices.
Optimize the use of Workday Recruiting, ensuring accurate tracking, data management, and process efficiency.
Monitor key recruiting metrics and present actionable insights and reports to leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team to meet evolving business needs while carrying your own requisition load.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in mass recruitment for manufacturing roles and high-volume specialized recruitment in operations..
Solid background working in multinational/global companies, ideally in the manufacturing or technology sector.
Understanding of employer branding, sourcing channels, and university recruitment strategies.
Advanced knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar ATS tools.
Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset, able to leverage metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
