A well-established organization in the service sector, with over 30 years of industry experience and a proven record of success, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead strategic human resources management.
Position Objective:
Oversee the operation of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and internal processes, while fostering a productive work environment aligned with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track key departmental metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal systems and processes.
Develop, update, and align HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate onboarding training for new HR team members.
Maintain updated job descriptions.
Manage contract terminations in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Supervise the proper application of internal policies and complaint procedures.
Coordinate annual internal events and motivational programs.
Implement and follow up on the annual training, development, and productivity plan.
Participate in audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.
Serve as liaison with the company's labor union.
Review and oversee contracts with HR service providers.
Drive projects, career plans, social benefits programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain constructive labor relations with employee representatives and unions.
Required Knowledge:
Labor relations and union management.
Team leadership and management.
Organizational development.
Labor laws, reforms, and compliance standards.
HR strategies, policies and procedures.
Knowledge in TRESS System.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English (minimum 90%).
