Senior Accountant
Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (Must be located in Central America or South America)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (USD)
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Reports to: Controller
We are a dynamic and growing property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of
residential properties, specializing in condominium and cooperative property management. We pride

join our finance team and play a key role in our continued success.

Job Summary
As the Senior Accountant, you'll be a key financial leader, driving accuracy, transparency, and insight
across our accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will oversee property-level
accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, audit support, and guide financial strategy,
while playing a hands-on role in company growth through process optimization and high performance.

This role requires a strong understanding of property management accounting, communication,
excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and management
teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations for assigned properties
- Assist with annual budgets, cash flow projections, and board packages
- Ensure AP/AR accuracy and timely entries
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare variance reports and support audits as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience (property management preferred)
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting and general ledger structure
- Proficiency with tools like QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or Frontsteps
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized
- Based in Central or South America and able to work U.S. business hours
