Corporative Lawer
Type: 100% on-site in Santa Fe.
Salary: Net monthly salary (tax-free) starting at $30,000.
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with experience in labor and commercial law to take charge of the company's entire legal structure. Your main mission will be to ensure that the company operates within the legal framework, protecting its interests and minimizing any risks. This is an on-site position in Santa Fe and you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Main objective of the position:
To ensure that Picaio complies with all laws and regulations. This involves handling everything from the creation and administration of the company at a legal level to the management of all contracts and daily operations to protect the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Incorporation, merger, spin-off, liquidation, and/or modification of commercial companies (businesses).
• Support in the management and maintenance of the group's corporate structure.
• Preparation, custody, review, negotiation, and administration of personnel contracts, service contracts, purchase and sale contracts, contracts with suppliers, confidentiality agreements, etc.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Providing legal advice.
• Collaborating with external law firms in the management and monitoring of litigation in corporate, labor, and commercial matters corporate, labor, and commercial matters, preparing the required information and documentation.
• Knowledge of granting permits, trademarks, and patents.
Candidate Profile
- Law degree (with diploma and professional license).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a lawyer in private companies.
Essential Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Commercial Code, General Law on Commercial Companies, Federal Civil Code, and behavioral legislation.
Languages: Advanced English.
