Requirements:
- 3 years of experience providing on-site operational technical support for incident resolution and request fulfillment.
- Use remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- Identify user needs and proactively propose improvements.
- Assist in monitoring operational site conditions (e.g., connectivity issues, power supply, coverage).
- Provide service with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and user experience focus.
- Intermedaiate English (spoken and written).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site operational technical support for incident resolution and request fulfillment.
- Diagnose and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware (e.g., memory replacement, display changes).
- Install and configure operating systems, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android), including VPN.
- Manage users in Active Directory (creation, modification, deletion).
- Administer and track tickets through SharePoint.
- Use remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- Identify user needs and propose improvements proactively.
- Assist in monitoring operational site conditions (e.g., connectivity issues, power supply, coverage).
- Deliver service with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and focus on user experience
