Review and draft supply, purchase, and service contracts, including specialized services, both with suppliers and customers.
Analyze and validate advertising material (digital and printed) and product labeling, ensuring regulatory compliance regarding product claims.
Manage and respond to internal legal inquiries related to contracts, advertising, labeling, and commercial compliance.
Provide support in litigation matters related to the business.
Act as the legal point of contact for the LATAM North region (Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, and Colombia), aligned with global policies.
Actively participate in interaction with global and regional legal teams, maintaining a firm and professional stance.
Use systems for document review (contractual review and advertising review on defined platforms).
Communicate and provide general legal support for business initiatives led by Marketing, SHE, Plant, and other areas.
Requirements:
Approximately 7 years of total experience – at least 2 years in professional internships and 5 years of experience after graduation.
Solid experience in contract review and management.
Direct experience in legal review of advertising, claims, and labeling for consumer products.
Advanced English (ability to report and discuss legal matters in English with global teams).
Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel (simple formulas, filters, table management).
