Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Mexico City
Overview:
We are looking for a commercially minded and goal-oriented candidate for our Inside Sales team to manage existing and new customers' relationships aimed at achieving increased shipping volume performance and business growth.
An inside sales executive interacts with existing and potential customers via email, telephone and meetings to maintain current business and look for new business opportunities. The daily work mainly involves rates quotation, contract maintenance, follow up on customers' requirements, operation set-up and follow up on issues resolution.
The ideal candidate must have a commercial mindset, good communication skills, problem solving, service attitude and high efficiency and. Previous experience knowledge of Mexican shipping market and shipping operations is required.
