SALES DIRECTOR
Leader who lead the sales process and execution from start to finish for the therapeutic area/sales team in charge,
Implementing the sales strategy and paying particular focus to execution, leveraging CNS market opportunities, unmet needs, generating brand value, channel growth,
Generating closeness and commitment with healthcare professionals as well as with clients,
Being able to meet the stated objectives of the company sales.
- Professionals with solid sales experience
- Leader in CNS experience, the pharmacy channels, an active client base, and proven ability to expand their market.
- Determining a business plan by CNS product line, determining profit margins, and developing and monitoring KPIs.
- Developing private and government wholesale markets.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, opinion leaders, suppliers and/or other commercial or government contacts (when required).
- Dealing with major distributors and marketers, developing market strategies by region and type of distribution.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and achieve business objectives.
- Implementation of National Sales Programs and Psychiatric program.
- Establish and ensure goal achievement for the entire sales force and set quota.
- Follow-up on customer collections and strategy
- Inventory monitoring
- Team management of minimum 150 people.
Qualifications
· BACHELOR´S DEGREE IN:
health sciences, marketing, business administration, industrial engineering, economics or business administration, health sciences, or business administration. MBA (preferred)
· Knowledge of sales processes with experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
· 15-25 YEARS OF CNS EXPERIENCE, Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, or in the industry (Specialty Pharmaceuticals).
· ADVANCED ENGLISH (reading, writing, and speaking).
