Position: PPC Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across multiple countries, focusing on Apple Search Ads and Universal App Campaigns (UAC). Your expertise in mobile attribution, particularly with SKAdNetwork, and proficiency with tools like Firebase, GA4, and AppsFlyer will be crucial. Collaborating closely with our Marketing Communications (Marcom) team, you will conceptualize and design compelling ideas and unique selling propositions (USPs) for banners, videos, and copy. Additionally, you will work with product, design, and business intelligence (BI) teams to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates and ROI. Experience in the sports betting and online casino industry is advantageous. A minimum of three years' experience in mobile user acquisition is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads across multiple countries to maximize user acquisition and return on investment.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Communications (Marcom) team to conceptualize and design compelling ideas and unique selling propositions (USPs) for banners, videos, and copywriting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to optimize user acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient user acquisition strategies.
Mobile Industry Expertise: Implement deep links, create Custom Product Pages (CPP), manage Android listings, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the mobile industry.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mobile user acquisition, particularly with Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads, managing campaigns across multiple countries.
Attribution and Analytics: Demonstrate a deep understanding of mobile attribution, including proficiency with SKAdNetwork (SKAN), and experience working with Firebase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and AppsFlyer.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the online sports betting and casino industry is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile marketing tools and platforms, including Firebase, GA4, and AppsFlyer.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
